Iya Soba Noodle Lunch

To include a Local Lunch in this tour:

+Add 30 minutes of taxi & guide time

 (+¥4300 for Standard Taxi with guide, or +¥5600 for Jumbo Taxi with guide).

Although the Iya Highlights tour does not include a lunch stop, we can include a one if you want. Your driver can stop for you to have some of Iya's famous hand-made soba noodles either at the beginning, in the middle, or at the end of the tour. 

There are several places which offer Iya's noodles, and we will usually suggest where to go based on what time and from where you start/end the tour. Some locations we recommend which all serve hand-made noodles (and other Iya dishes) would be Senkichi Restaurant, Iya Bijin Restaurant, Tsuzuki Atelier, the Oku-Iya Hotel cafe, or the Soba Dojo.

Your guide will help explain the items on the menu, and we ask that you please also pay for a bowl of noodles for your guide as well (usually about ¥800 ~ ¥1000).
